Properties of Materials

In science we have now started to learn about properties of materials. This one was a hands on activity that definitely caught and held Jaxon's interest. After collecting a box of 'treasures' he began to sort items on their own without knowing that was the next part of the activity.
So we went through some examples of properties and he chose which ones he wanted to do, we wrote it down and he found he treasures that would match that property.
So here's our examples:
Soft

Hard

 Plastic

 Small

Large

Fluffy

Shiny

Rough

Wood

Heavy- Jaxon asked to be in this picture because he is heavy

Circular

Magnetic

Stretchy

Cold

Colour

Flexible
